Immutable once certified
Published Vault records are sealed. Every mutation is logged with before/after snapshots, user, IP, and timestamp. SOC 2 ready by design.
Source-linked provenance
Every record links back to its original filing or press release. The reviewer clicks any number, name, or date to see the source document.
