Dual AI Architecture
The router classifies every document before AI touches it. Public data routes to Gemini for max accuracy. MNPI routes to Vertex AI per Google Cloud's enterprise terms (no training data use, no log retention, no human review). Hard-fails if Vertex unconfigured. No silent fallback to public.
Audit Trail
Every routing decision logged to an append-only audit table with SHA-256 payload hashes (plaintext never persists). Every Concierge section draft stores its vault context snapshot, AI routing audit ID, and prompt version so any draft can be replayed deterministically.
Issuer Classification
An adaptive layer detects industry vertical (REIT, BDC, banking, biotech, mining, oil and gas), capital structure, lifecycle stage, filer status (LAF, AF, SRC, EGC), domicile, and special status (going concern, material weakness, recent acquisition). Concierge prompts adapt automatically.
